The M81 KGV is equipped with the Guided Shear Gate design to cut through scale, fiber and solids found within the pipeline. Additional features include a full round port, 316 stainless steel materials, front and back flush-outs and a full flat face flange.
DSS Transmitter Isolation Valves (TIVs) provide zero leakage isolation and trouble-free operation that ensures worker safety when instrumentation is being calibrated, maintained or replaced.
These valves are great options for Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, Mining and Chemical applications because of their ability to cut through material in the pipeline, form a tight seal under high and low pressure, and resist corrosive substances.
FLEXIBLE SCREW CONVEYORS
Flexible screw conveyors are used to economically transport product over various distances, angles and rates. The conveyors allow a multitude of configurations to suit application requirements.
The standard unit consists of an inlet, discharge outlet, flexible shaftless auger, feed tube casing, gearbox and motor. Two different styles of spirals are available: round and flat. The round is the most commonly used for its maximum strength and flexibility. The flat spiral is used for applications requiring higher throughputs. The inlet and outlet heads are fabricated from mild steel or stainless steel. A quick disconnect at the inlet allows the flexible screw conveyor to be quickly cleaned out by reversing the screw.
Knife gate valves are designed mainly for on-off and isolation services in systems with high content of suspended solids. Knife gate valves are especially beneficial for handling slurry in addition to viscous, corrosive and abrasive media. The valves have a minimised pressure drop in fully open position, they are easy to actuate, they have a relatively low weight and are cost-effective.
CRUSHER & WEAR CONSUMABLES
Crusher wear parts are designed to protect the crusher's essential components and ensure optimal material distribution. Examples of crusher wear parts include:
Bowl liner: Also known as the cone crusher concave, this sacrificial wear liner is placed inside the upper frame of the cone crusher to protect its upper accessories.
Mantle: This sacrificial wear liner covers the cone head to protect it from wear.
Cone and hopper assemblies
Feed distribution plates
Main frame liners
Feed tubes
Crushers are heavy pieces of machinery that are used to reduce the size of materials into smaller pieces. They are often used in mining, construction, and infrastructure. Some types of crushers include:
Jaw crushers, Gyratory crushers, Cone crushers, Roller crushers, Hammer mills, and Impact crushers.
We use highly mobile RC drill rigs configured as truck and track mounted. Our RC drilling fleet enables diameters ranging between 140mm and 152mm and able to reach to depths up to 200 metres in vertical drill holes and 150 metres in inclined drillholes. Reverse circulation (RC) drilling represents a fast and economical way economical way to retrieve the high-quality to retrieve the high-quality mineral grade samples needed to efficiently plan your mining and quarrying operations.
The RC drilling method not only prevents cross contamination but also enables a large number of sample bags in a short amount of time. Sample bags are labelled with the same location and depth information – and can be sent to a laboratory immediately after or during drilling.
Further analysis yields fast, reliable information about mineral deposits that allows you to selectively pinpoint zones for drilling and blasting for maximum ore recovery and greater profit per ton.
Grade Control is an important value add to any ore reserve. Sample quality and productivity are paramount to any grade control operation. We approach grade control with quality outcomes in mind. Splitting systems are setup to meet client and ore body requirements.
Using reverse circulation drilling techniques and advanced sample splitting and recovery systems our grade control drills can provide samples helpful to differentiate ore and waste rock maximizing the profitability of your mining operations.
